Save a Pinko

I made this game for Praxis Theatre’s play Jesus Chrysler. The play tells the story of Canadian artist and activist Eugenia “Jim” Watts, who at one point in her life was an ambulance driver in the Spanish civil war.

The game takes her ambulance-driving past as its main inspiration, and the goal is to pick up wounded “pinkos” (or communists) in the ambulance while avoiding treacherous terrain and enemy gunfire. I am told that the last level especially is quite difficult.
